We aim to dispatch your candle the next working day by first class post, however, please allow 4-5 working days for your delivery to be on the safe side. Next day delivery is available at an additional cost if you need your candle urgently. Please note next day shipping can still take up to 2-3 days and is not available after 3pm Saturday. If you have already placed your order and would like to add an additional item please contact us.
We deliver to anywhere in the UK Mainland, the standard delivery charge is £3.95 and £7.50 for next day delivery.
If you require an item to be sent overseas please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a price for overseas postage. Glimmer cannot be held responsible for any taxes or duty payable upon receipt.
We hope you never want to return your candle but in the event you are not happy or your candle arrives damaged then please click here to contact us. We will be happy to exchange your candle for an alternative or refund your money.
Should you wish to receive an exchange or full refund, the items must be returned to us in a resalable condition in all the original packaging (including receipt), within 28 days from the day your parcel was delivered. You will be responsible for the postage costs to return your item, and we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item or items, we cannot stop the original purchaser from knowing.
If an item arrives damaged then please contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund. Please do not return an item without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund your return postage charge.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 working days.
